What kind of photo works best?

Couples, kids, grandkids, a whole family or a pet all work. Pick one clear photo in good light with faces close up and in focus. Phone photos are fine.

Is the preview what I'll get?

The first look shows how your charm will look. Our artisans sculpt it by hand from your photo, so small details can differ slightly from the preview. If your photo won't work, we'll email you before we start.

What can I write under the photo?

A name, a short word like Mom or Nana, or a date such as 06.14.2015. Up to 12 characters, or leave it empty for the photo only. It's sculpted in script right under your photo, joined to it as one piece.

Will it fit my wrist?

The chain fits wrists from 6.5 to 8 in (16.5 to 20 cm) with its extender. The charm is about 13 mm (0.5 in) tall, small enough to wear every day.

Which material should I choose?

Silver Plated and 18K Gold Plated are plated brass, a lovely everyday option. 925 Sterling Silver is solid silver. The Vermeil options are thick 18K gold over 925 sterling silver. 10K Solid Gold is gold all the way through. The chain always matches your charm, and all materials are nickel-free.

How do I care for it?

Take it off to swim, shower or work out, and keep it away from perfume and lotion. If silver darkens, a soft cloth brings back the shine.

How long does it take?

Each bracelet is sculpted and made to order in about 7 to 10 days, then shipped with tracking. US delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days.

What if something is wrong?

Because every bracelet is made just for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If anything is wrong with it, email ceeprints.support@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
